Tanja:

…diplomirani politikolog, komunikolog i doktorand na Fakultetu dramskih umetnosti u Beogradu, bavi se medijima i odnosima s javnošću.Vodila je kriznu komunikaciju u najvećem domaćem izvozniku – pančevačkoj Petrohemiji, nakon čega je bila direktor sektora za korporativne komunikacije u jednoj od najvećih telekomunikacionih kompanija u ex-Yu regionu. Bila je savetnik za odnose s javnošću u republičkom Višem trgovinskom sudu, te novinar u dnevnim visokotiražnim listovima.

Zahvaljujući, između ostalog, njenom radu i formiranju mreže portparola regionalnih trgovinskih sudova u saradnji sa USAID projektom CCASA, Viši trgovinski sud dobio je 2007. godine nagradu povodom „Međunarodnog dana prava javnosti da zna“ za poseban doprinos ka uspostavljanju pozitivne prakse u sprovođenju Zakona o slobodnom pristupu informacijama od javnog značaja. Posebne preporuke Tanja je tada dobila i od poverenika Rodoljuba Šabića.
Nagradu Društva Srbije za odnose s javnošću (“PRiZNANJE“) za kriznu komunikaciju dobila je kao vođa tima u kompaniji u kojoj je vodila Sektor korporativnih komunikacija, a kao jedna od 50 najvažnijih ličnosti u oblasti digitalne televizije našla se na listi EURO 50 u izdanju internacionalnog “Digital TV Europe” magazina.

Od početka 2013. godine radi u kompaniji Microsoft, a od 2017. vodi tim za komunikacije i filantropiju u Multi-country Europe regionu Centralno-istočne Evrope koji čini 24 zemlje.

Autor je udžbenika o fašističkoj radio propagandi “Musolinijev mikrofon“, a njena životna priča poslužila je i kao osnov za lik u jednom popularnom romanu. Piše za Thrive Global, Medium i Forbes.

Tanja is in the role of Communication and Philanthropies Lead for Microsoft CEE Multi-Country (region of 24 countries – Adriatic, Balkans, Baltic, Black Sea, Eurasia). She has rich experience with Communications and Philanthropies and Public Affairs as she has been working as Communications and Public Affairs Lead for Serbia, Montenegro, Cyprus and Malta since 2013, and thereafter as a Consumer and Digital & Social Media Lead for Multi-Country Europe region when she was taking care of the marketing communications of a couple of crucial business priorities.

Tanja has been in communications and CSR for the past 15+ years, working in the largest regional Telco as a Corporate Communications and CSR Director; managing crisis communications for the Serbian petrochemical company and working as a Spokesperson and PR Advisor at the Serbian Supreme Commercial Court, coordinated 17 regional Courts across the country.

In late 2010 the international magazine Digital TV listed her among the TOP 50 of the most important people in the European digital TV & Broadband industry; and she received a number of national and international awards for excellence in communications.

Her life story served as the basis for the plot of one of the main characters in the novel written by a popular regional novelist. She is an author of the book about Italian radio during Mussolini’s era (“Mussolini’s Microphone – Radio propaganda in fascist Italy”), included in the University of Belgrade additional curricula.

In her free time, she is writing as a contributor writer for the well-known “Thrive Global” and “Medium” portals, but also for Forbes, since she has been engaged as a member of the Forbes Communication Council.
